…………This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. 1 John 3:19&20

What did you expect from my wife. The picture is of a man imprisoned in his on gavel. A gavel is used to finalize a person’s guilt. To know how to set our hearts at rest you must read the first part of the story. 1 John 3:16ff

Wow, have you read that in the Message? Here it is: "This is how we've come to understand and experience love: Christ sacrificed his life for us. This is why we ought to live sacrificially for our fellow believers, and not just be out for ourselves." Very convicting. (get it? gavel, judgment and all?)

Oh, and I never expected any less of Alana. She has to be an exceptional person to live with you, Clint!!!
