Oh man, I love this. And yes, our perspective has a lot to do with what we believe. My perspective of my past is my truth. I believe it really happened that way. My family sees things completely differently, but each in their own way. Isn't that fascinating? No wonder communication is so hard.
or were you talking about something completely different??
Anyway, I'm just glad you posted and I love the picture.
you said it baby...its a good thing and alas it can be a bad thing too...
I'm with Candy I am loving this pic..
I guess it is true if you don't have blinders on. We have to be aware of our blind spots to have a true perspective. At least that is what I think.
Hey clint,,
how about a phone call. I tried to call you and your number doesn't work anymore. What's up with that... I move and you have nothing to do with "northerners"?
Yep, I AM the best looking guy in America.
I was going to say something deep and inspiring...but I don't get this picture. Why does the guy have a big skirt on? I still have a lot to learn.
nichole, it's art baby and you know art, he has worn a dress for a long time
Nichole! What if it's a pregnant woman with very short hair? What I love about the picture is the total confidence this person shows walking across the rocks without even looking down, swinging those arms wide. That's what made me think of perspective, how confident we are in our own minds - to a fault I might add. I believe my confidence should only be in Christ. If I have learned one thing it's that my mind is fallible. How's that for deep?
the matrix
Naaa...it's a man. :-)
OR - it's a bullfighter carrying the capote in his left hand. ;)
